Create a blip on the map

Parameters

1. Title

   In the first parameter you will need a string with the text containing your title of the blip. This can use the FiveM coloring.

2. X position

3. Y position

4. Color

   With the color you can make the circle change color, for all the colors go here.

5. Radius

6. Sprite

   For all the sprites, go here.
